The system uses IT technology that enables the machine to recognize the material and set the parameters itself. NO NEED FOR SKILLED WORKERS: The MASK digital spreader uses EtherCAT technology: high-speed industrial electronics that ensure communication between machine parts and the cutter in nanoseconds. Connection via the REST protocol with standard file recognition, ensuring full compatibility and alignment with IoT principles.
It ensures precise, tension-free fabric spreading with high accuracy and speed, optimizing material utilization while guaranteeing consistent quality. Ideal for nonwoven and delicate fabrics, the MASK system increases efficiency, reduces waste, and supports reliable production.
