CARON LION 100

The Lion is an automatic spreading machine, designed to offer the operator ease of use while maintaining maximum spreading speed and quality. The new CNC system enables completely precise loading of all types of materials, even those that are typically difficult to load.

The machine can be operated by any operator, and offers semi-automatic or
automatic operating cycles. The new graphic touch screen on the control panels and the main functions, which are optimized for speed, facilitate interaction between the machine and the operator. Due to its ergonomic design, the Lion spreading machine is very easy to use and handle.

The control panels can be used for manual programming of longer materials by number of layers, as well as for utilizing guided functions for extended spreading. The machine stores various optimal spreading parameters for different types of materials. When changing the type of material for spreading, it is necessary to enter the appropriate parameters to ensure optimal spreading.
