AUTOMATIC VERTICAL CUTTER (BAND SAW) FOR CUTTING BLOCKS OF FLEXIBLE POLYURETHANE FOAM – EXBLADE 2
The blade – a band knife – is made of carbon steel with double sharpening, allowing cutting in two different directions of the cutting arc. Both sharpenings are maintained using a semi-automatic sharpener. The machine is operated via a TOUCH SCREEN system with an integrated PLC, enabling numerous functions such as manual and automatic control, machine parameter management, sensor management, and control of the cutting list with the ability to store up to 100 cutting programs, which can be recalled or modified according to production needs.
